First, An Evaluation.

A home safety evaluation determines if the client is physically and cognitively able to safely maneuver throughout the necessary areas of the home, or if recommendations can be made to improve safety and make daily activities easier for the client. This is recommended for anyone who has a loved one or for themselves to assure they are safe and living in comfort in their homes. The evaluation is done by a registered nurse that covers safety in and around the house, from grab bars to any necessary modifications. The nurse will sit with the family and loved ones to make sure nothing is missed. There is a 7 page report that the nurse will complete, then we will review it with your Doctor, Case Manager, or Insurance Company. Our goal is to ensure you, the client receive the best care possible.
