What is Hospice?

surgeon.png

Hospice is a way of caring for people with a progessive, life-limiting illness hospice helps individuals live their final months of life to the fullest. Our focus is comfort. We are experts at controlling pain and other symptoms as the patient's illness progresses. We believe in following our patient at this phase of life.

Who is eligible for Hospice?

A patient is eligible for hospice when they have a medical condition prognosis of six months or less, if the disease runs its normal course and they are no longer receiving curative treatment.

"We do what we do because life is a beautiful journey, we each take our own paths, but no one should face death or loss alone. It should be held in comfort, care, and compassion. It is an honor to journey beside so many."
